My nightmare Alfa 147 has literally been re-built by Days. Their customer services is impeccable, free courtesy car. I have never experienced such fantastic, knowledgeable and pleasant service anywhere else..........

Days were fab whenmy car broke down miles from home. They collected car, mended it, collected me and made me tea. I felt very much that they viewed this type of service as standard and I have never experienced treatment like it. I purchased my Alfa Mito in April 2016, I gave it to David to give it the once over... cost £48 inc. I didn't think you could get anything done to a car for that price.
A couple of weeks later I noticed the coolant was a little low and ran it round to Day's to enquire if I had to buy ''Alfa's special Parafu?' David simply grabbed a container with the mixed coolant in it and topped me up. The charge, nothing!!!
I'll definitely use this garage for my Alfa requirements, though hopefully not too many.

My Alfa 166 was at death's door due to a misdiagnosed problem by a so-called Alfa specialist in Bedford. This 'specialist' 'fixed' the problem. Hours later the car suffered a major breakdown which needed the AA to tow it away.
I was recommended Days MK and arranged for the AA to deliver there for repair. Hours later Dave at Days MK phoned indicating that the car had suffered a catastrophic Differential and Gearbox failure. I was shown the gearbox - it had a 3 inch hole in it caused by the exploding differential. Dave was incredibly honest and indicated that it was possibly uneconomical to have it fixed - unless I loved it enough. I do indeed love my Alfa and gave Days MK the go ahead to fix it. Days MK sourced parts to try and keep costs down. I wasn't expecting the car back for weeks - particularly as it was the Christmas Holiday period and competitively priced parts needed to be sourced. Anyway, I got a call from Dave on the 29th December saying that the car was fixed and ready for collection. I was flabbergasted to say the least! Picked the car up and it's running like new. The car's life was literally hanging on a thread and now it's been given a new lease of life. What a find! My Fiat 500 was taken to Days by the AA on Friday evening and I expected the worst, however the car was repaired and returned the following Monday.
Exceptional service; professional, knowledgeable, polite, quick, great price and the courtesy car was an added bonus. Took my punto in today coz brakes were grinding when applied. It turned out that the brakes were fine, it was just that coz I don't use my car much it was grinding on the rust building up on the discs. Dave put my mind at rest and said car was safe. He didn't charge me at all today not even for his time. I've been going to Dave's for years now and hes never let me down. Engine warning light was sorted out in no time. I found DAYS to be friendly, trustworthy and honest and they were also happy to explain the nature of the fault to me without making me feel clueless. I've never before known a garage to charge for half an hours labour-Ive grown to almost expect an hourly round up. However, not at this garage. Plus the free courtesy car meant I didnt miss my daughters hospital appointment. My car is going to DAYS for everything but the carwash from now on. And that's because they dont have one.

Garages are hit & miss, sometimes it takes a few misses before you get a hit. Days are a definite hit. Despite miscommunication on what car it was David kept me in the loop with what was happening. Considering parts were going to be very, very expensive, David wanted to ensure we were going ahead with it. You may think the labour charge is expensive but trust me the quality of work & friendliness of staff more than makes up for it, worth every penny. Yet again David has shown integrity and honesty. I took my Citroen Picasso to him as a couple of warning lights were showing. He diagnosed the fault and gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong and advised me that although he would be happy to fix it, the nature of the problem suggested more work would be needed later, and that I should seriously think about getting a new car.
